Getting more of your leads to closing, as easily and efficiently as possible, is what Lead Voyager is all about. Everything we put into it is intended to propel you quickly to that "Closed" Lead Lifecycle phase.
When the time comes, the closing process in Lead Voyager will take place in the Lead Profile window, and will go as follows...
While the deal is in the "Under Contract" phase, once you've set a date for the closing, click the "Scheduled Closing" button.
You'll then see a date picker, in which you will enter the date the closing will take place, then hit "Save".
Once the closing date is in the system, you'll have three options for the next step:
• Reschedule — Enter a new closing date in the event that the original date changes, for some reason.
• Cancel — If something goes wrong and the scheduled closing will not occur, click this button. You'll then be asked to select the reason for the cancellation, and the deal will revert to the "House Hunting" or "Listed" phase.
• Close — If the scheduled closing takes place as intended, you must let the system know by clicking this button. This option will move the lead from your Active Leads queue to your Archived Leads queue.
NOTE: It's important that you never click "Close" prematurely. If you tell Lead Voyager the deal has closed before it actually has, and then something goes wrong, you'll have no way of undoing the "Closed" status, and you'll have to contact your admin to correct it.
