Every deal, whether in corporate sales, automotive, real estate or any other industry, has a process that helps move the lead from prospect to closing. In Lead Voyager, the real estate sales process is illustrated by the Lead Lifecycle, which is displayed in the Lead Profile.
There are five distinct variants of the Lead Lifecycle, determined by your role and the deal type:
In the Lead Feed, leads' Lifecycle statuses are displayed as at-a-glance vertical progress bars.
When you're working many leads at once, keeping track of the status of each deal can become quite mentally taxing. These Lifecycle progress bars remember for you, and remind you what each of your leads needs next, all in one place. Just be sure to record your progress with each deal in the Lead Profile using the phase-specific action buttons, because that's what moves the progress bar.
