In Lead Booster, "claiming" means taking the responsibility to serve as the agent or concierge to an available lead. You must claim a lead before viewing its contact information or otherwise servicing that lead.
Leads that have not yet been claimed by anyone arrive in your Lead Feed, in a queue based on your role. In an agent role, you can claim leads from the Awaiting Acceptance queue, or from the Unclaimed queue. As a concierge, you can claim leads marked for "New & Unclaimed" or for "Needs Attention". All leads of these two sorts, when available, can be viewed using the or filter bubbles in the upper right of the concierge Lead Feed.
In order to claim a lead from Awaiting Acceptance, Unclaimed, or New & Unclaimed, simply select it and choose "Claim" or "Accept" in the popup.
Needs Attention leads work a little differently. Clicking on one of these leads will open the Lead Profile window. Click the red button displaying the reason the lead needs your attention, and then choose to "Claim" it or "Recycle" it:
Claimed leads will be moved to your Active queue. Recycled leads will go into the New & Unclaimed list.
After accepting or claiming a lead, you can see all the lead details and work the lead in the Lead Profile.
