The lead timeline, which is found in the Lead Profile, is one of the many features of Lead Voyager designed specifically to make things easier for you. It relieves the pressure of having to keep track of all the important moments in your lead's real estate journey by providing you with a time-stamped history of significant events. It enables you to refresh your memory in moments, so that you can better serve your lead.
Events in the timeline are kept brief and concise — just enough information to give you a quick overview of the lead's history — but any with green text can be clicked to see more details.
You'll notice that certain actions that you take while working the lead will generate timeline events. These include accepting the lead, emailing the lead, calling the lead, etc.
The following is a list of the kinds of things you'll see in the timeline:
• Changes in Lifecycle phase
• System events (like routing or accepting)
• Messages (from lead, admin, or system)
• Communication to lead
• Behavior alerts
• Requests from lead (for showing, appraisal, CMA or info)
• Form submissions
• Other lead activity
