Sending an email to a lead

When you'd like to email a lead, you can email them from right within Lead Voyager. Alternatively, if you've emailed the lead using another email program, you can record that email in Lead Voyager.

Either way, you'll begin by opening the lead in the Lead Profile and then clicking the    button. Upon clicking this button, you'll be presented with two options:

Email from Lead Voyager — Choose this option to write an email to the lead within Lead Voyager, and send it directly from the app.

Log External Email — This is where you can record an email you sent to the lead from outside of Lead Voyager.

Both of these options will add an event to the lead's timeline in the Lead Profile.
