This is the best queue! When you get assigned a new lead, this queue is where it will appear. When you see in the upper-right corner of your Lead Feed, it means you have new leads waiting for you to accept them. Clicking that bubble will take you to your Awaiting Acceptance queue:
Each row is an at-a-glance summary of the critical lead information. Clicking on a lead in this queue will open a popup like this:
From here you can decline the lead, which will remove it from your feed, or accept it, which will move it to your Active Leads queue.
Columns
Expires
Leads in your Awaiting Acceptance queue may have expiration dates! If so, this column is where they'll be displayed. If your broker has lead expiration enabled, you can have as little as 5 minutes to accept the lead before it disappears from your queue. You will get text and email notifications (by default) when new leads appear in this queue.
Name
The name provided by the lead when they requested assistance. At times, the system may automatically locate a name if the lead didn't provide one. It uses the lead's contact information to locate the person's information from third party systems. When the lead name is determined from third party services (called an "inferred name"), a special icon shows next to the name.
Last Inquiry Address
This field lists the last address the lead inquired about. If the lead comes to you because they requested a showing, for example, the address of the property to be shown appears here. If the lead sends another message about a different property, the last address inquired about is shown.
Inquiry Source
Describes what action the lead took in order to enter the system.
Source
This column shows an icon indicating where the lead came from. Depending on where your broker generates their leads, their logo may appear here, or it may be a logo from lead providers, such as Zillow or your real estate brand. On a desktop computer, hover over the icon to see the name of the lead source.
