Lead Booster works with your broker to send you leads automatically. Your broker can generate leads from syndicating your listings, buying leads from third parties, or generating leads from their websites and mobile apps.
If you are on a Lead Booster team, you can qualify for leads based on postal code, price range, lead source, and more. Your broker is responsible for configuring these automatic assignment rules.
If you are chosen by the automatic assignment rules or are manually assigned a lead, you will get text and email notifications by default. The email notification will appear similar to the screenshot below.
You can click the link in the email or text message to open up a preview of the lead information, including their name and the property they inquired about (if any). You can then choose to Accept or Decline the lead.
Depending on the rules set up by your broker, you may have a limited time to accept the lead before it gets reassigned. You can see how long you have remaining in the lead preview.
