All messages from leads are collected in the Messages tab of the Lead Profile window. Also displayed in this tab will be any requests submitted by the lead, for info, a showing, a CMA, or a home appraisal. Any emails you send to the lead from within Lead Voyager, as well as various other items, can also be seen here.
To access the Messages tab, simply click 
in the tab bar on the far right (or bottom, on mobile) of the Lead Profile window.
