The Lead Feed is essentially the homepage of Lead Voyager. It's your collection of leads. Agents, Concierges and Company Admins each see a different version of the Lead Feed tailored to suit the specific needs of each role. If you have more than one role, you can switch between these versions (Company Feed, Concierge Feed, and Agent Feed) using the switcher at the top of the Feed.
From elsewhere in Lead Voyager, you can access the Lead Feed by clicking on the Lead Feed icon in the header menu.
Each row in the Lead Feed is an at-a-glance summary of the critical lead information. Clicking on a lead opens it in the Lead Profile, allowing you to view more information on the lead, and manage the lead by taking actions such as editing deals, sending emails, logging telephone calls, viewing messages, etc.
If you are unable to find a specific lead you're looking for, you can use the search feature by clicking the magnifying glass icon in the header menu.
Queues
The Lead Feed is separated into filtered lists called "queues." You can switch amongst these lists using the dropdown switcher under the Lead Voyager logo, or by clicking on the counter buttons on the right side, when available. Each queue shows you a distinct type of leads. There are five queues, although you might not see all of them at any given time:
The Active Leads queue is a list of all the leads you are currently working on. Leads move regularly between this queue and the Snoozed Leads queue as you work on a lead for a little bit, then snooze it until it needs to be updated.
The Snoozed Leads queue is where you can access any leads that have previously been snoozed.
The Archived Leads queue is where your leads go if you close the outstanding deals, or mark the lead as inactive. Note that archived leads will automatically move back into the Active queue if the leads sends you a new message.
The Awaiting Acceptance queue is the best queue! When you get assigned a new lead, it appears here until you accept it. The number of leads in this queue is always visible on when you are in the Lead Feed, unless you have 0 leads awaiting acceptance. You can access this queue by clicking the green bubble in the upper-right corner of the screen.
Note that leads in your Awaiting Acceptance queue may have expiration dates! If your broker has lead expiration enabled, you can have as little as 5 minutes to accept the lead before it disappears from your queue. You will get text and email notifications (by default) when new leads appear in this queue.
The Unclaimed Leads queue is an optional queue that can be turned on or off by your broker. It contains leads that were never accepted by the agents they were assigned to. Think of this as a pool of leads you can farm whenever you need more business. You can access this queue by clicking the teal bubble in the upper-right corner of the screen.
Concierges can also choose to view All Leads.
